business use. Our goal is to make your purchase and delivery experience seamless while
keeping you informed every step of the way.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Large items such as saunas and outdoor showers require specialized freight delivery. A
flat shipping surcharge will apply at checkout.

In-stock saunas ship within 3 business days.

Out-of-stock saunas typically ship within 1 week.
Delivery Method

Deliveries are curbside only, arranged by a third-party trucking company.

The trucking company will schedule an appointment before delivery.

Deliveries are usually made with an 18-wheel truck — please ensure your road/driveway is accessible.
📦 Crate Size & Unloading
Sauna crates range from 6–14 feet long and weigh 800–1600 lbs. Customers are
responsible for unloading.
Unloading Options

Use a forklift or other mechanical equipment (must lift from crate ends; forklift extensions required).

Rent a tilt tow truck from the local terminal to your home.

Pick up the sauna crate at the delivery terminal with your own trailer.
Liftgate option is available only if the crate is 92” or shorter. Larger crates require customer-arranged unloading equipment.
We can arrange a tilt tow truck delivery upon request for an additional fee.
📝 Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth delivery:

Respond promptly to the trucking company to schedule delivery.

Arrange equipment or personnel to unload the sauna.

Confirm your road/driveway can fit an 18-wheel truck.

Inspect the crate upon arrival:

Take photos if damaged.

Mark the Bill of Lading: “Crate arrived open/damaged – Possible Hidden Damage.”

Contact Athlevo Wellness immediately if damage occurs.

🔥 Heaters & Accessories

Heaters and accessories are sold separately and not included with sauna prices.
❌ Returns & Damages

Due to the custom and oversized nature of our products, we cannot accept standard returns.

If damage occurs during shipping, replacement wood or parts will be sent promptly.

Exceptions for returns:

20% restocking fee applies.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Products must be returned in original packaging & condition.

Leisurecraft will inspect returns and determine refund eligibility.

🛑 Customer Refusal of Delivery
If delivery is refused and Leisurecraft resells the product to another dealer:

15% restocking fee applies.
-
Customer is responsible for all shipping & rerouting costs.
📅 Order Cancellation Policy

Within 14 days of order entry: Cancel free of charge.

After 14 days: $65 cancellation fee applies (Item #: ORDCAN).

Within 7 days of ship date: Orders cannot be canceled.
✏️ Order Change Policy

Within 14 days of order entry: Edit/change free of charge.

After 14 days: $65 change/edit fee applies (Item #: ORDCHA).

Examples: adding/removing products, changing shipping address, shipping method, or product options.
