Shipping policy

Processing time:

 In-stock small items typically ship in 1–3 business days. Large or custom products (saunas, gym rigs, large commercial equipment) typically ship in 3–7 business days depending on inventory and customization.

We aim to ship orders quickly and safely. Most products ship within 1–7 business days, depending on size and customization.

Shipping charges:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Small items ship via parcel carriers (USPS/UPS/FedEx). Oversized or heavy items ship via freight and may require additional handling fees (lift-gate, residential delivery, inside delivery). Freight charges are calculated at checkout or confirmed by our team after order if required.

We offer free standard shipping on most items shipped within the U.S. Some larger or specialty items (such as saunas or oversized equipment) may require freight shipping, which is calculated at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to international orders unless stated otherwise.

Carriers & tracking:

We use parcel and freight carriers. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. For freight shipments, customers must confirm accessibility for large trucks; additional local fees may apply for unloading.

International:

We currently ship primarily within the United States. Contact support@athlevowellness.com for international quotes.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently do not ship outside of the United States. If there are any restrictions, they will be listed during checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
Athlevo Wellness is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@athlevowellness.com within 7 of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
